Bangladesh Textile Today organized a PPI workshop series on Relationship Marketing for sales and non-sales executives, manager, businessmen on September 29, 2017 at Bangladesh Textile Today training room in the capital.
More than 15 trainees from different industries and institutions like BRAC University, Life-Long Accessories Ltd, Envoy Textiles Ltd, Radical Dye, Powerlay Communication, JINMAQTEX, Aarong, Sonargaon University participated in the workshop.
To enhance the corporate knowledge base, Dr. Mohammad Tareque Aziz, Associate Professor, Relationship Marketing and Retailing, BRAC University, gave a presentation to the trainee on the Importance of Relationship Marketing in the Trade & Commerce Sector.
He provided an insight towards the different concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and developing Business networks. He also incorporated in his discussion how to handleclient relationships in international businesses. The presentation was an interesting session that was followed by question answer session by the participants.
Relationship marketing is something that adds great value to company and make sure business sustainability in short, medium and long term perspectives. Building and managing relationships with customers, peers or competitors requires careful attention.
