Ahsanullah University Alumni Champions League held

AUSTTAA (Ahsanullah University of Science & Technology Textile Alumni Association) had organized Champions League that had started on 6th March 2020 due to COVID it has completed on 26th March 2021. The program has started with the Holy Quran recitation, prayed for forgiveness to Almighty for freedom fighters and COVID departed souls and with the national anthem, the program had inaugurated.

The program had inspired by the sponsors BTE, Harris & Menuk, Smart Solution, MB traders, SA traders and smart solution.

It was a very competitive league among all alumni, it had teamed as TEX- junior, Soccer Tex, Tex Vertex, Tex Spartans, Textured stunners and Texeniors. After the two rounds of the league Final match gone in between Tex vertex and texeniors, and texeniors got the Champion trophy.

Golden boot of this league awarded to Shamsuzzoha babu for his excellent 4 goals, Golden ball awarded to Nahim Utsho for his excellent 3 goals and very good performance all through the league, golden Gloves awarded to Mr. Risaat Rabbani for his excellent goalkeeping. And the Team Texjunior achieved the fair play award.

Apart from the alumnus event first-time alumni attend some sports event ‘Women AUSTTAA’ like hari vanga, penalty shoot-out, and musical chair.  There Tamima Tanny, Arfina Rashid and Siama Afrose awarded the first position.

Mosannef representative of AUSTTAA thanked all the sponsors, participants and guests especially Atul Debnath to attend. He also informed that during the COVID situation they arranged to watch the program live on AUSTTAA’s YouTube channel. As an organization, AUSTTAA would like to arrange more sports events, skill development programs and charity programs in the future that will reflect in the development of our textile society in future.
