Beximco Textiles and Apparels Divisions pick Datatex’s complete ERP solution

One of the leading Bangladeshi multinational conglomerates Beximco Group’s textile and apparel division has vertically integrated textile and apparel manufacturing plants for knits, woven (yarn dyed and solid dyed) and denim products.

The manufacturing capacities include spinning, knitting, weaving, processing, and garment manufacturing (cut, sew, finish) across the verticals. Apart from core manufacturing, Beximco also has a state-of-the-art garment washing division and a printing & embroidery division.

Beximco Group’s textile and apparel division has decided to replace its ERP system from the Datatex TIM solution of more than 20 years with Datatex NOW ERP.

Also, Beximco Group will implement the full NOW suite of products, the modules for capacity balancing (MCM) and production scheduling (MQM), Shopfloor Automation solutions (CAMS & CATS) and Board, the BI platform.

At the time of confirmation of this engagement, Syed Naved Husain, Group Director and CEO of Beximco Group said, “We are a Datatex customer for more than 20 years using TIM. We have decided to move to NOW due to its technically advanced features and functionally comprehensive ERP platform for the textile and apparel industry”.
