Rubana Huq, President of Bangladesh Garments Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) recently said if the coronavirus situation gets better then they will try to open the factories on April 26.

Rubana Huq also expressed they will also consult with the International Labour Organization (ILO), World Health Organization (WHO) and concerned authorities beforehand.
The BGMEA president also said that they will try to take the best possible safety measures for the workers.
So far Bangladesh has 2,144 Coronavirus cases with 84 deaths (Source: worldometers.info, updated till 11:00 AM, 19 April).
