BSc engineers of four Govt. colleges meet criteria for ITET membership

BSc engineers of four government colleges have achieved the competence to get membership of Institution of Textile Engineers and Technologist (ITET). ITET Membership Accreditation Committee took the decision in an urgent meeting on 18 May at Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX).

The four government colleges include Pabna Textile Engineering College, Barishal Textile Engineering Colleg, Jorargonj Textile Engineering College, Chattagram and Begumgonj Textile Engineering College, Noakhali.

Engineers of other public university and Public Textile Engineering College will able to get ITET membership gradually.

Dr. Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, Pro Vice-Chancellor of BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT), said, “Engineers o the four government colleges under BUTEX can be a member of ITET from now.
