Students need to have good knowledge in writing a professional resume, professional e-mail, MS Word/Excel, etc. Although there are so many graduates, but they are lagging in terms of those qualifications which makes it necessary to recruit skilled manpower from abroad for leading posts, he added.

Tafazzal Hossain Manik advised, “To be successful within a short time, one has to choose the industry in a planned way, everyone has to find out where their passion is. Therefore it is necessary to select the industry of the internee’s choice without rushing to join the job because different industries are best for various departments.

Especially in the knit section, the jobs hold comparatively better facilities and anyone can gain promotion within a short period by showing efficiency”.  He also emphasized developing cognitive efficiency and professional networking.

Md. Mashiur Rahman concentrated on career planning and choosing the preferred sector for the freshers.

At the Q&A session, the participants got appropriate answers from the speakers based on their queries.

Najim Uddin thanked everyone for the uninterrupted co-operation from the beginning to the end of the event.
