DBL-NSU collaboration to bridge between corporate and academia

DBL Group and North South University, one of the leading private universities of Bangladesh signed a MoU for future collaboration to work on areas of mutual interest.

With a view to obeying and implementing collaborative projects, it is very vital for corporate and academia bridging.

For this, the MoU will facilitate joint leadership development certification program, internship collaboration program, knowledge sharing sessions through competent resources.

Besides, NSU will also support DBL group by posting job vacancies through CPC job portal and participating in on-campus job interviews and job fairs.

Vice Chairman of DBL Group, M. A. Rahim, and Vice-Chancellor of North South University, Professor Dr. Atiqul Islam, signed for respective organizations.

Among other distinguished guests present were Professor Dr. Khasro Miah, Director of Career and Placement Center (CPC) of North South University and Mohammad Kamal Hosen, General Manager, Corporate HR of DBL Group.

DBL Group has financial investments from IFC of the World Bank, DEG-KfW (Germany), and Swedfund (Sweden),also engaged in its first offshore business in Ethiopia for Apparels and Textiles, creating employment opportunities for 4,500 people.
