IMB, a specialized company of automated machinery manufacturing for apparel making, organized a networking grooming session for Bangladeshi RMG manufacturers at Uttara Club, Dhaka on 16 January 2020.
Chairman of IMB Chen Xin Hua started the event with his dynamic team member where Johan Grieten, Global Sales Director and R&D Adviser of IMB; Rafael, Sales Manager; Shaheda Akter Neelu, Country Director; Sreedam Bhattacharya Sumon, Country Manager were present.
They promised Bangladeshi apparel manufacturers to attain a long-term achievement target in their demand and production.
Many renowned apparel manufacturers of Bangladesh were present at the event to look for industry solutions from IMB.
IMB was set up in 2013 with 220 staff, including 30 R&D technicians. 8% of their sales is used for R&D yearly. Before starting IMB, Chen has been cooperated with BROTHER company for 25 years since 1995 as a BROTHER company China top one dealer.
Today IMB’s business distribution covers more than 18 countries like Bangladesh, Vietnam, Singapore, Pakistan, Turkey, Ethiopia, Japan, Iran and other countries.
Johan Grieten gave the whole presentation of IMB projects and products where he presented all the sewing machine for jeans or denim as the product of IMB.
IMB Johan Grieten discussed the automation process, software and laying out the plan of the production for the whole building or the factory.
For jeans or denim making IMB has more than 25 sewing machinery solution like pocket designer, automatic single needle pocket setter, trouser pocket setter with stepping foot, automatic denim pocket setter, automatic j stitch sewing machine with single needle, leather patch sewing machine, pocket hemmer, pocket facing sewing machine, waistband setter, waistband sewing machine, feed off the arm, automatic j placket serging machine, automatic panel serging unit, automatic side seamer, programmable sewing unit with twin needle, bottom hemmer, automatic color tape attaching machine.

These machineries contain features that have RPM to increase production, automation to increase efficiency and clear programming to have a quality product.

He also suggested the machinery companies help the RMG manufacturers for replacing the old machine by a new one with a suitable discount and increase the warranty service for new machinery.
