After the successful editions of the last two years of TEXBIZ, BUTEX Business Club has launched the third edition – ‘Morrison TEXBIZ 2019 powered by DYSIN co-sponsored by BERGER TexBond’, country’s only textile-based case solving competition.
The intra final round of this competition took place on 6th of July, 2019. Completing two stages-online and presentation, only 7 groups reached the finale.
Mahbub Rahman Nafee, Md. Rafid-ur Rob and Mubasshir Tahmid were the judges of this phase. Each team were allotted 12 minutes to present their solution to the case, which was followed by 10 minutes of questionnaire by the judges.
The case for the finale was about ‘The rapid increase of foreign employees in the garments industry of Bangladesh accentuating it as a potential threat to our economy’.
The solution that was most feasible was given by the team ‘Weirdoes of Mayhem’ who were the glorified to be the champion among all the participants from BUTEX.
