ISCMP to support creating supply chain department in RMG

Institute of Supply Chain Management Professionals (ISCMP) arranged a get-together at Uttara in Dhaka on 20 November, 2020. Around 100 supply chain professionals from 43 readymade garments (RMG) companies including Masco Group, Fakir Fashion, APS group, DBL Group, Epyllion Group were present at the get together program.

Institute of Supply Chain Management Professionals was established in 2018 in Bangladesh as a non-political professional organization. This platform has become the leading apparel association of Bangladesh right now.

Obaidul Haque, Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Management, Graphics Textiles Ltd., and Md.Towhidul Islam , Sr. Executive , Supply Chain Management, GMS Composite Knitting Ind. Ltd.; Suman Mir, Sr. Manager , Supply Chain Management, Masco Group; Provat Biswas , Incharge, Supply Chain Management, Hwa Well Textiles(Bd) Ltd.; Md. Obaidul Haque, Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Management, Graphics Textiles Ltd., and Md.Towhidul Islam , Sr. Executive , Supply Chain Management, GMS Composite Knitting Ind. Ltd. shared their vision and mission of ISCMP.

In the program the speakers said, proper supply chain management is important for the RMG sector. This platform will help to create a supply chain department for all apparel industries.

This organization is committed to create knowledge-driven supply chain professionals for the emerging apparel Industry.
