Jeanologia presented their revolutionary eMark 5 software at the Bangladesh Denim Expo 2018

At the Bangladesh Denim Expo, Jeanologia, the Spanish company leader in the development of sustainable and efficient technology, presented their new software eMark 5 that reduces time-to-laser mark by 15%, simplifying how to design and increasing productivity.

Collection 100% Made in Bangladesh

Jeanologia, in collaboration with the Bangladesh Denim Expo, presented, at this edition, a new collection 100% Made in Bangladesh, from fabric to finish. In its creation, the company has worked with local suppliers, involving the whole supply chain to show the infinite possibilities that offer its model of production completely technological, sustainable and respectful of workers’ health.

“Achieving three-dimensional effects with black denim is possible with our technology.” highlights Liautard. “To achieve it, it is essential to start by selecting the correct fabric. To do so, we use the Light Sensitive Fabric Test to be able to know the reaction of the fabric to the new finishing processes, thereby obtaining the desired look efficiently and sustainably, at the same time as reducing time-to-market.”

The Directoy of the Asia Division, Jordi Juani, participated in the seminar on Tuesday, November 7, “Simpler is better”, where he showed Jeanologia’s technological solutions to simplify garment finishing processes that allow for products with high added value and big savings in water.
