“Local textile engineers are capable to make sustainable textile and apparel industry”

A colorful daylong get-together program- with ‘Save Textile-Save Economy-Save Country’ slogan-was organized by Gazipur Zone textile engineers of Primeasia University at Brac CDM Centre, Rajendrapur, Gazipur.

Prof.  Dr. Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Vice Chancellor; A K M Ashraful Haque, Treasurer; Abul Kashem Molla, Registrar; Dr. M.A. Sayeed Miah, Associate Professor; Dr. Helal Uddin, Associate Professor and Chairman of different departments of Primeasia University were present in this program.

Engr. Uzzal Dakua and Engr. Rashed Ahmed along with teachers and more than 400 Textile Engineers were present in logo opening.

In the event, speakers showed the ways to increase efficiency and skill of textile engineers that was very helpful for them wanted to develop their career in the textile sectors of Bangladesh.

Speakers also emphasized on green world and sustainability. Bangladesh apparel and textile industry can achieve sustainable development by using its skilled, efficient local textile engineers “as well as it will help the industry to remain competitive in world RMG Business.”

Some running textile engineering students were present there to make the bridge with market leaders to enlarge their leadership and fix their goal.
