MEDUSA’s eco-friendly sustainable dyeing seminar highlights latest technologies

Prime Automations Ltd and MEDUSA organized a seminar on ‘Eco-Friendly Sustainable Dyeing Solutions’ at Uttara Club Ltd. on 20th August 2022. More than 150 professionals from different textile processing factories were present.

The seminar aimed to share MEDUSA’s knowledge of the latest innovations and solutions in the dying area with the industry. Engr. Shafiqur Rahman, President, ITET and Managing Director, HAMS Group were present as Honourable Chief Guest.

In his speech Engr. Shafiqur Rahman said, “Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Bangladesh’s textile and apparel industry has performed admirably. In the fiscal year 2021-22, Bangladesh has crossed the milestone of $50 billion in export, of which $42.61 billion was from ready-made garments.”

“Following the pandemic, many factories expanded their dyeing units and implemented automation technology. I hope that Turkish company MEDUSA’s new dyeing solutions will help to lower production costs and save resources as we are constantly focusing on eco-friendly technology that will use less water, energy, and chemicals”, he said.

KM Asib Reza, Managing Director of Prime Automations Ltd said in his welcome speech, “Prime Automations Limited is working to provide cutting-edge technology solutions to the manufacturing and service industries in order to support them be more sustainable in terms of competitiveness, profitability, and environmental impact”.

MEDUSA already has FDS and PDR solutions for the textile industry in the BD market, and I hope that MEDUSA’s new dyeing machine will help with water, energy, and chemical savings, added Asib Reza.

In his presentation at the seminar, Savas Aylan, Business Development and Sales Director at MEDUSA, demonstrated the newest model of dyeing machine along with its technology, technique and efficiency.

“MEDUSA has 15 years of the textile production process and machine production experience. We focus on building machines that increase production by increasing productivity and efficiency”, he also added.

The co-founder of BosPros, Suleyman Caglar Adali, responded to the technical queries from the audience. All of MEDUSA’s international operations are managed by BosPros.

Later the event was finished followed by Raffle Draw and dinner.
