MGF Sourcing is an independent US-led global sourcing company with a specialization in apparel, footwear, accessories, and other household goods. MGF Sourcing has arranged a daylong event on 14 January at Jamuna Future Park as a part of the MGF global CSR wing (MGF Touch Foundation) to support nonprofit making organizations to eradicate human trafficking.
This year MGF was able to support organizations by contributing over US$ 300,000 that needed help globally.
The event featured a friendly bowling event with the participants of MGF global leaders and 10 vendors partner in Bangladesh. The program was inaugurated by James, President and CEO of MGF Sourcing.
We are very happy to operate our sourcing in Bangladesh and thanks to all our vendors to raise awareness against human trafficking through this bowling event.
Now we are focusing on sustainable products including denim. In the future, we will source more value-added products from Bangladesh said, President and CEO of MGF sourcing.
Also, Michael, President, Global Sourcing; Shehan Witharana, Assistant Vice President and Bangladesh Country Manager and Anila Kularatne, Director Merchandising were present in the event.
On the Bowling tournament, the participants’ companies are Urmi Group, MGF Sourcing, Knit Asia, Karooni Knit Composite, Kenpark, Sonia group, South Ocean, AKH group, SQ Group Ananta group and Progress Apparel.
