Mondol Group signs MoU for digging out best practices and communicate those to others

Mondol Group, one of the leading textile and apparel manufacturing companies in Bangladesh doing business successfully for about 30 years. Recently they have joined hands with Textile Today for corporate branding locally and globally under the ‘Factory Tales’ initiative of Textile Today.

Textile Today has taken the initiative Factory Tales to dig out many untold best practices and achievements of the companies. Many such stories are being every month with Textile Today under Factory Tales segments. This initiative now will work in different factories of Mondol Group to bring out the positive and best practice stories.

Textile Today Factory Tales research team will work intensively to bring find out the best practices. This kind of initiative will also increase the companies’ engagement with the buyers, brands and other stakeholders.

For so long, promotional activities were accumulated in buyers’ end, but it’s the time, manufacturers should also participate in this march as they also need recognition to the end-users and buyers community to sustain in the business strongly.

Mondol Group has taken this initiative and Textile Today will help them to make their brand strategy and positioning locally and globally. This initiative will also create positive vibes within the sector. It will increase the reputation of the Bangladesh textile and apparel industry.

Under the MoU Textile Today will deploy some transformation teams in different units of Mondol Group to take out and also to make some real transformation. A later glimpse of those transformation stories will be published.

Textile Today will also help the group in making its brand strategy and will develop corresponding brand contents to position the group in the right place. The initiative under the MoU will also help increase the employer branding of Mondol Group.

Abdul Alim Mondol, Director of Mondol Group and Tareq Amin, Founder & CEO of Textile Today signed the MoU at Mondol Group Head office recently to be partnered for branding Bangladesh textile and apparel industry and for ‘Setting Transformation Blueprint’ in the industry.

Abdul Alim told to the reporters that the group is keen to help to increase the reputation of the Bangladesh textile and apparel industry. He expressed that the partnership with Textile Today will help Mondol Group to position itself rightly to its stakeholders.

Tareq Amin told that if you do not come up to express yourself somebody else will do. He added that till 10 years back there were no effective Bangladesh based platforms to dig out best practices from factories and communicate them and so many amazing success stories of the factories remained untold.

“The worst thing happened many international media only highlighted the dark spots jeopardizing the country’s reputation. Textile Today initiated the Factory Tales program to deploy the right people in the factories to dig out positive achievements and later on right contents will be made to communicate those to the whole world,” he added.

Tareq Amin further expressed that communication of the positive side creates a positive vibe among stakeholders and help to change mindsets to create more positives in the future.
