Focusing On Latest Technology
“As far as the machinery is concerned, we have already taken high-end machineries, especially for yarn dyeing capacities. We have taken world’s best winding machine from Fadis – Italy, Package Dyeing & RF dryer from Fong’s – China and Hydroextractor from Dettin – Italy. These are all latest models with high efficiency and productivity. “- said Mr Raashid
He also added,- “Talking about technology we are the first one in Bangladesh having Fadis’s latest winding machines allowing us to process cotton, spandex yarns and synthetic yarns on same machines. We are the first ones to diversify into cotton blends, and different other materials apart from cotton because the global trend is shifting more towards synthetic blends rather than 100% natural. This is possible also thanks to Fadis technology as it allows us for multipurpose use with very low power consumption and space savings.”
Business Growth And Expansion
At present Silver Textile yarn dyeing capacity is around 10ton/day. Recently Silverline increased capacity for another 5 tons/day as getting huge orders. Since the beginning, Silverline has been using Fadis winding machine of total 10 sets around over 1000 spindle.
“Fadis is trustworthy brand with high flexibility, for this reason we have just repeated an order of over 300 spindles for our expansion. We are happy with Fadis performance as well as local agent service. This time we have added especially precision hard winding with auto doffing system which is the first one in this country.
