TANATEX inspires with sustainable developments at ITMA 2019

TANATEX Chemicals breaks new ground with ultramodern textile processing solutions, ranging from pre-treatment to finishing. At ITMA 2019 (Hall 3, E112), TANATEX will showcase its sustainable solutions like, urea-free ink in Valve Jet technology and a water-saving dyeing process.

TANATEX solutions are all focused on reducing resources while increasing user safety. For example, its experts are replacing as many hazardous or polluting chemicals with greener alternatives, increasing the safety of both the textile manufacturers and the end consumer.

Urea-free ink digital printing technology

Next to the traditional preparations for Digital printing, is TANATEX experimenting with urea-free ink technology for both reactive and acid inks. It’s an important pilot for both its experts and TANATEX selected customers, as urea-free products are far less polluting.

Less resources, greater dyeing quality

Improving dyeing results and save out on resources at the same time. Based on our lab results and practical experiences, our Dyeing Concept for Polyester can reduce dyeing time with up to 25%, saving you time, energy and resources. At the same time, our products improve dyeing results by optimizing Right-First-Time rate.
