TexTICE to showcase innovations of textile and apparel industry

Textile Today signs agreement with Aziz Group to organize the Innovation Conference and Exhibition twice a year

Textile Today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aziz Group to organize TexTICE (Textile Today Innovation ConExpo) for showcasing innovative solutions of Bangladesh textile and apparel industry. The TexTICE is an initiative of Textile Today Innovation Hub (TTIH).

A.S.M. Tareq Amin, Founder & CEO, Textile Today and Rajibul Huq Chowdhury, Managing Director, RH Corporation (A sister concern of Aziz Group) signed the MoU on 21 November at RH Corporation’s Conference Hall located at Tejgaon C/A, Dhaka.

Rajibul Huq Chowdhury said, “This collaboration will bring new heights and prosperity for both companies. We are looking forward to a bright future which will be driven by innovation.”

While Tareq Amin said, “The TexTICE will bring out innovative solutions to practical issues along with showcasing several project outcomes. It would work as a platform, where exchanges of knowledge and ideas can drive innovations in the industry in a better way.”

Two days long TexTICE event will be held twice a year. The first two events are scheduled to be held on 28 to 29 January 2022 and at the end of September 2022. There will be placed some conferences and sessions as concurrent events along with the expo on both days.

TexTICE is the combination of ‘Conference’ & ‘Expo’. Companies, business entrepreneurs, professionals, fresher or outgoing students can come up with their innovative projects, products, process outcomes and story to share and exhibit in the TexTICE. Bangladesh Textile Today has run around 120 innovation projects in the industry and achieved significant outcomes from more than 50 projects which will also be showcased in the TexTICE.

The aim of the TexTICE is to provide a common platform to Industry Experts, Manufactures, Inputs Suppliers, Business entities, Professionals, Brands & Buyers, Researchers and Learners to exchange innovative ideas to tackle the present and future challenges of business and its operations.

Textile Today is a leading communication and networking platform in Bangladesh’s textile and apparel industry which is now functioning as an effective Innovation Hub. The platform has been working with many of the factories, brands, input suppliers, technology providers, etc. for bringing change/innovation to the organization and showcasing its outcomes through different conferences and exhibitions. Eousup Novee, GM-HR & Strategy; Amzad Hossain Monir, Head – Business Development; Sayed Abdullah, Assistant Manager & Shohel Ahmed, Sr. Executive from Textile Today were also present.
