Textile sector is a great platform to build one’s career

Every human being wants to be successful in life. From the very beginning of one’s life, one learns from nature, grows up gradually and passes formal educational stages. After successful completing of these stages, many young people remain jobless in Bangladesh. Life was not set with a perfect goal with perfect education is one of the main reasons for that.

So we become owners of different types of degrees now. Our population is around seventeen crores. But our scope is limited to relevant fields. Most of the cases we are not able to manage perfect jobs for us due to lack of technical knowledge or technical education. Hence the textile sector is one of the best places for them who want to ensure their career.

It’s a common scenario that a large number of general education background people are working in our textile sector. When they join in textile industries, they have to learn different topics related to the textile sector. For this purpose, they spend huge time rather than engaged in working place.

As a result, a textile factory faces lower productivity with lower quality. If this type of working place is filled up by textile background graduates, the textile factory will be able to raise its annual profit with higher productivity as well as better quality.

A textile graduate can increase the efficiency of the machine by spending fruitful time in the factory. When experienced, one can switch the job to another textile factory with a higher salary along with a higher designation.

This type of scope is huge here. By using one’s experience, one can spend one’s time with Research & Development wing and be able to develop new textile products.  Any innovation related to the textile sector will promote the textile sector.

If any pupil wants to be a textile engineer, he/she has a lot of opportunities in Bangladesh. Though our Government is working to spread technical education at university-level widely, it will take time to reach the goal.

At present, a few private universities are offering a B.Sc. degree in Textile Engineering in Bangladesh. These private universities are ensuring quality education with minimum cost in this field.

Apart from this, a textile researcher has a scope of higher study at home and abroad. A textile proficient is also an asset for the country. If the textile background young generation is involved in the textile sector, contribute to the textile industries efficiently, our Government will be able to raise or secure our global position.

So it can be concluded that if anyone wants to be successful in one’s career life, the textile sector is the best choice.
