The Textile Engineering Club of the University of South Asia celebrated its 11th founding anniversary on 5th November.
On the occasion, Md Zahurul Islam Jewel, Deputy Registrar, University of South Asia; Zahid Hossain, Accounts and Finance Head; Moinul Ahsan, Head of Textile Department including current and former VPs of Textile Engineering Club, all the members of the club and students were present in the event.

Established on 5 November 2011, Textile Engineering Club is one of the most popular students organization of the University of South Asia Textile Engineering Department.
The main motive of this club is to promote and provide essential professional skills required for a textile engineer. It also works to make the students fit and smart enough to compete with others in the national and international fields.
The club occupies a dedicated functional committee consisting of members from students of all current batches.
The club regularly arrange seminars, and workshops regarding professional and software skills, higher education abroad, job preparation, job fair, experience sharing and social welfare in natural calamities, etc.
For the past 10 years, Textile Engineering Club has been doing various developmental work and will continue to do so in the future. Textile Engineering Club is a means of communication and experience-sharing platform between ex and present students of the Textile Department of the University of South Asia.
