WTUAAB organizes Iftar Mahfil

Wuhan Textile University Alumni Association of Bangladesh (WTUAAB) organized an Iftar Mahfil on 17th April 2022, at a restaurant in Uttara, Dhaka. More than fifty alumni members from different leading companies attended the program.

Dr. Salim Sheikh, Deputy Postmaster General, Posts and Telecommunications Division, Ministry of Post, Telecommunication & Information Technology Department of Posts and Telecommunications and Dr. Kamrun Nahar, Associate Professor, Department of Social Work, Shaikh Burhanuddin Post Graduate College, Dhaka were present as a guest.

Dr. Salim expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the event. He hopes that all WTUAAB alumni members keep in touch and maintain strong communication.

He also expressed his strong desire for WTUAAB to serve the Textile Engineering community in the future.

Ltd.; Meer Md.  Rasel Khan, Country Manager, Bangladesh at Dymatic Chemicals, Inc.; Anisur Rahman Real, Technical Services Coordinator, Suzhou Liansheng Chemistry Co. Ltd.; Mohammad Amir Hamzah & Amit Sarker, Technical Manager, Transfer Chemical Bangladesh Co., Ltd.; Manoj Kanti Datta, Manager (Sales & Marketing) of “Q-Tex Sourcing”; Md. Mahmudul Alam Sarker, Registrar, Bangladesh Handloom Education, and Training Institute, Shohel Ahmed, Senior Executive, Business Development, Textile Today and other alumni were present in this program.

In the holy month of Ramadan, the month of restraint and blessings, the alumni and guests got spiritually connected with each other.

This program will be remembered as a soulful effort which will bring the confidence of solidarity among alumni.

The program started with the recitation from the Holy Qur’an. Later the program was finished followed by iftar and dinner.
